White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Indulge in creamy, homemade white chocolate peanut butter cups that perfectly combine sweet white chocolate with rich peanut butter for a delightful treat.

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt half of the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners and spoon a small amount of melted white chocolate into each liner, spreading it evenly. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Remove muffin tin from freezer and spoon about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter mixture onto the hardened white chocolate layer.
  5. Melt the remaining white chocolate chips and spoon over the peanut butter layer to cover completely.
  6. Freeze the cups for another 20 minutes until fully set.
  7. Remove from liners and enjoy or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For a crunchy texture, try adding chopped roasted peanuts to the peanut butter layer before covering with white chocolate.
