Watermelon Mint Mocktail

Watermelon Mint Mocktail

A refreshing and naturally sweet Watermelon Mint Mocktail perfect for hot days, combining juicy watermelon with cooling mint for a revitalizing non-alcoholic drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprigs and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  3. Add fresh mint leaves to the watermelon juice and gently muddle with a spoon to release aroma.
  4. Stir in lime juice and honey or agave syrup if using; mix well until combined.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon mixture halfway.
  6. Top off each glass with sparkling water or club soda and gently stir.
  7. Garnish with mint sprigs and lime wedges. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra chill, freeze watermelon cubes in an ice tray beforehand and use them instead of regular ice to avoid watering down the mocktail.
