Honey Garlic Salmon

Honey Garlic Salmon is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring tender salmon fillets glazed with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce. Perfect for a healthy and satisfying dinner any night of the week.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the honey garlic sauce generously over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Optionally, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end to caramelize the glaze.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with steamed vegetables or a side of garlic mashed potatoes. You can also marinate the salmon in the honey garlic sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
