Sweet and smoky, Honey Butter Grilled Corn is a delicious summer side dish featuring fresh corn brushed with a luscious honey butter glaze and grilled to perfection.

  • 4 ears of fresh corn, husked
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Brush each ear of corn generously with the honey butter mixture.
  4. Place the corn on the grill and cook, turning every 2-3 minutes to ensure even grilling, until the corn is tender and slightly charred, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove the corn from the grill and brush with any remaining honey butter.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra kick, sprinkle some chili powder or cayenne pepper along with the smoked paprika. This dish pairs perfectly with grilled meats or a fresh summer salad.
