Grilled Peach Ice Cream Sundae

This Grilled Peach Ice Cream Sundae combines juicy, caramelized peaches with creamy vanilla ice cream for a perfect summer dessert that’s both refreshing and indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • Vanilla ice cream, 4 scoops
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil or melted butter to prevent sticking and enhance caramelization.
  3. Place peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear and peaches are slightly softened.
  4. Flip peaches and grill for another 2 minutes to warm through.
  5. Remove peaches from the grill and drizzle with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  6. Place two grilled peach halves in each serving bowl or dish.
  7. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream on top of the peaches.
  8. Sprinkle with toasted nuts if using and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing grilled peach ice cream sundae.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, drizzle with a balsamic reduction or add a sprinkle of sea salt before serving.
