Grilled Corn on the Cob in Foil

  • 4 ears of fresh corn, husked
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F).
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of softened butter evenly over each ear of corn.
  3. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika over the buttered corn.
  4. Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil.
  5. Place the foil-wrapped corn directly on the grill grates.
  6. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
  7. Remove from the grill and carefully unwrap the foil. Serve hot.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro or grate some Parmesan cheese over the corn just before serving.
