  • 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • Edible gold dust or gold sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar until combined, then remove from heat.
  3. Whisk in eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  4. Add cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in the flour gently until just combined, then stir in white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  9. Drizzle caramel sauce evenly over the cooled brownies.
  10. Sprinkle edible gold dust or gold sprinkles on top for a festive finish.
  11. Cut into squares and serve.
