These Gluten-Free Greek Yogurt Bagels are a moist, chewy, and easy-to-make breakfast treat that combines protein-packed yogurt with gluten-free flour for a wholesome start to your day.

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 egg white, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and honey (if using) to the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Lightly flour your hands and divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
  5. Roll each portion into a ball, then poke a hole through the center with your finger to shape each into a bagel.
  6. Place the shaped bagels onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg white and sprinkle with your choice of seeds or seasoning.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bagels are golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding dried herbs or garlic powder to the dough before baking, or serve warm with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
