Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups sourdough bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

  5. Using a slotted spoon, remove the churro bites and drain on paper towels.
  6. Immediately toss the warm bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  7. Serve warm with optional chocolate or caramel sauce for dipping.
