  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Pour the apple pie filling evenly into the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the apples.
  5. Evenly distribute the dry yellow cake mix over the apples; do not stir.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the entire mixture.
  8. Optional: sprinkle chopped nuts on top for added crunch.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
