  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your campfire or grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice each banana lengthwise, leaving the peel on and creating an opening in the center.
  3. Carefully stuff the banana openings with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts over the filling for added crunch.
  5. Wrap each stuffed banana tightly in aluminum foil.
  6. Place the wrapped bananas on the campfire coals or grill for 5-7 minutes, until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted and gooey.
  7. Carefully remove the foil, let cool slightly, and enjoy the warm banana boats directly from the peel.
