Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough ball (12 inches)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  2. Brush the griddle surface lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
  4. Place the dough directly onto the hot griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crisp.
  5. Flip the dough over using a spatula, then quickly spread the pizza sauce evenly on the cooked side.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add pepperoni, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
  7. Cover the pizza with a large dome lid or aluminum foil to help the cheese melt, cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
  8. Remove the pizza from the griddle, sprinkle with dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes if desired, and garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

For an extra smoky flavor, add cooked sausage or brush the crust with garlic butter before serving.
