Grilled Salmon

A perfectly grilled salmon dish featuring tender, flaky fish with a smoky char and fresh herbs, ideal for a healthy and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
  3. Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill.
  5. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with dill.
  7. Serve immediately with optional lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before grilling and serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
