  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the chicken thighs on all sides with olive oil, then season evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from oven and brush a generous layer of BBQ sauce over each thigh.
