  • 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • Colored sprinkles or pastel sugar for decorating (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. Fold the crushed vanilla wafer cookies into the banana mixture.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the truffle balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Dip each frozen truffle ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Place dipped truffles back on parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with colored sprinkles if desired.
