Baked Caesar Chicken with Creamy Parmesan Sauce

Enjoy tender baked chicken smothered in a rich and creamy Parmesan Caesar sauce, perfect for an easy yet elegant dinner.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, heavy cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the seared chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the creamy Parmesan Caesar sauce over them.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C).
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added texture, sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs over the chicken before baking or serve with a side of garlic roasted vegetables.
