Baked Brie With Garlic And Herbs

A warm and creamy baked brie infused with fragrant garlic and fresh herbs, perfect as an elegant appetizer or snack.

  • 1 wheel of brie (8 oz)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sliced baguette or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic and herb mixture evenly over the top and sides of the brie.
  5. Bake the brie for 15-20 minutes, until soft and slightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers.

Notes

For added sweetness, drizzle with honey or serve alongside fresh fruit like figs or grapes.
