3 Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet

Enjoy a refreshing and naturally sweet 3 Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet that’s perfect for hot days and easy to make with just watermelon, sugar, and lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove any pulp.
  3. Stir in the sugar and lime juice until the sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 1 hour.
  5. Remove from the freezer and scrape the mixture with a fork to break up ice crystals.
  6. Return to the freezer and repeat scraping every 30 minutes for 2–3 hours until the sorbet is firm and fluffy.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For an extra refreshing twist, garnish with fresh mint leaves or a sprinkle of chili powder before serving.
