Smores Bark is a delightful no-bake dessert combining melted chocolate, crunchy graham crackers, and gooey marshmallows for a fun and easy treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker pieces
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate evenly onto the parchment paper and spread into a thin layer.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker pieces evenly over the melted chocolate.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows and gently press them into the chocolate.
  6. Optional: Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate the bark for at least 30 minutes or until set.
  8. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before chilling, or add chopped nuts for crunch.
