  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp capers, rinsed and chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Bagel chips or sliced bagels, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and well blended.
  2. Fold in the chopped smoked salmon, capers, dill, green onions, and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, mixing gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with bagel chips or sliced bagels for dipping.

Notes
