Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into chunks
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chunks into the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the beef.
  4. Add the beef broth to the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until beef is tender and easily shredded.
  6. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
