  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, pumpkin puree, and cream cheese.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add olive oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper.
  4. Pulse a few more times to incorporate all ingredients evenly.
