No Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars

Delight in these easy no bake salted caramel pretzel bars that combine crunchy pretzels with rich caramel and a hint of sea salt for the perfect sweet and salty treat.

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  4. Pour caramel sauce evenly over the pretzel crust and sprinkle sea salt on top.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

For an extra indulgent touch, drizzle white chocolate over the top before chilling, or sprinkle chopped nuts for added crunch.
