Instant Noodles with Egg Butter Garlic

A quick and flavorful twist on instant noodles with rich butter, aromatic garlic, and a perfectly cooked egg for a comforting meal in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant noodles
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a small pot and cook the instant noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Push the garlic butter to the side then crack the egg into the skillet. Cook until the white is set but yolk is still runny, or to your preference.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss well to combine with the garlic butter.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle some chili flakes or drizzle soy sauce before serving.
