  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 10-12 inch circle.
  3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border.
  5. Drizzle honey over the ricotta and sprinkle with lemon zest and a pinch of salt.
  6. Transfer the pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
