  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush each chicken breast with melted butter and then press into the Parmesan mixture to coat evenly.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
