  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Transfer half of the whipped feta dip to a serving bowl.
  4. Finely chop the cranberries and gently fold into the remaining whipped feta in the processor for a textured layer.
  5. Spread the cranberry-feta mixture over the plain whipped feta in the serving bowl to create a layered effect.
  6. Drizzle with a little olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper on top.
  7. Serve chilled with crackers.
