  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in ham, Gruyere cheese, onion, and green bell pepper.
  5. Pour egg mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.
