Chicken Salad Chick’s Grape Salad is a creamy, sweet, and crunchy side dish featuring fresh grapes in a luscious cream cheese and sour cream dressing, topped with pecans and brown sugar for a perfect balance of flavors.

  • 4 cups green seedless grapes, washed and halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the sour cream and granulated sugar; mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the halved green grapes until they are fully coated.
  4. Transfer the grape mixture to a serving dish.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the top.
  6. Finish by sprinkling the brown sugar on top of the pecans for a sweet, crunchy topping.
  7. Chill the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, try mixing red and green grapes. You can also substitute walnuts for pecans if preferred.
