Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls

Savor creamy chicken Alfredo served inside crispy garlic bread bowls, perfect for a comforting and indulgent meal that combines rich flavors with a crunchy twist.

  • 2 large round bread loaves
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bread loaves and hollow out the centers, leaving about a 1-inch thick shell.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush evenly inside and outside the bread bowls.
  4. Place the bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  5. In a saucepan, warm the Alfredo sauce over medium heat and stir in shredded chicken, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fill each bread bowl with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the filled bread bowls.
  8. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, broil the bread bowls for 1-2 minutes after baking until golden brown. Serve with a fresh green salad for a balanced meal.
