  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for skillet)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil if using.
  2. Add the kielbasa pieces and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the glaze over the kielbasa in the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the kielbasa is sticky and caramelized, about 7 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Serve warm.
